What kind of businesses do you accept?

We accept retail, professionals, trade shows, mail order, telephone order, internet based, and home based businesses. We do not allow any Gaming transactions through our Payment Gateway. [Top]

What if I have less than perfect credit?

Our approval rate is 90%, so even if you have less than perfect credit you are likely to get approved. If you do happen to get declined, we will gladly return any application fee, so you have nothing to lose. [Top]


What credit cards will I be able to accept?

We set up you so that you can accept MasterCard and Visa. You can apply for American Express and Discover at the same time. If you would like to accept other cards such as American Express, Discover Card, JCB, ect; an additional set up fee may apply depending on the acquiring bank. [Top]

Are there any monthly fees for accepting American Express or Discover Card?

Discover charges a discount rate and transaction charge, set by Discover. American Express will determine a discount rate for your specific business. [Top]

Do I need a business license?

You need to have documentation showing you have registered your name — such as a business license, trade name registration, dba certificate, etc. [Top]

What is the discount rate?

Every bank charges a discount rate. Fee charged a merchant for processing bank card sales drafts and crediting the funds to the merchant’s account. The merchant discount depends on sales volume; the discount declines as sales volume increases, and is negotiated individually with each merchant. Example: If the merchant discount is 2%, the merchant keeps $98 for every $100 in sales. [Top]

What is the Address Verification System?

If you sell mail order/telephone order, or through the Internet, you don’t want to send a product to a false address and have a risk of receiving a chargeback. The Address Verification System (AVS) lets you enter the customer’s home address and compares it to the address on file with their credit card company. If someone uses a stolen card, and wants products shipped to a false address, AVS will detect this for you. [Top]


Will I receive a statement?

Yes. A statement is mailed out weekly or monthly with the relevant information on all transactions made into your account. There is a small Monthly Statement fee. [Top]

How will I get my money?

We do NOT aggregate. Your relationship will be established directly between YOU and the acquiring bank. Your money will be deposited directly into your current business checking account. [Top]

How do I apply?

Just fill out the free, no obligation, online merchant account application. We will contact you within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) and let you know what program you have qualified for, and answer any questions you might have. If you would like to go ahead with your application, we’ll send you a simple hard-copy application package. When you receive it, you will sign where indicated, and return it along with the documents requested by the acquirer. [Top]

How long is the approval process?

Once all necessary paperwork is received, most accounts are approved in 48 to 72 hours. Once approved, we will immediately inform you of your acceptance. [Top]
